IRYD is India's first membership-based, self-ride bike rental and delivery service which allows individuals to hire bikes by the hour or by the day. Reservations are made through the mobile app.
IRYD offers vehicles at 5 locations in Bangalore:
  1. Majestic railway station
  2. Koramangala(opposite to Forum Mall)
  3. Basavangudi(Near Netkalappa Circle)
  4. Indiranagar 100ft road
  5. New BEL Road
We also provide door step delivery of bikes. You have to be within a 2kms radius from the nearest site to avail delivery option.
To start with, IRYD provides rental of gear less two wheelers – Honda Activa.
IRYD bikes are for intracity commute only. So Bangalore city is the limit which has been defined under sitemap in the website.
Yes. You are free to leave the bike back at any site of your choice. Don’t forget to specify the destination before ending the trip
You can become a member in a jiffy! Download the IRYD app from the Google app store(Andriod) and just Sign Up by creating an account with your contact information and upload a photo of your original driver's license and your credit or debit card or netbanking information. Now, you're ready to make a booking!
IRYD requires either an Indian driver's license or an International Driver's Permit (IDP). It's critical that the license is an original! Licenses must be for a light motor vehicle (gearless bike). Original License should be shown at the time of taking the bike.
You must be 18 or older to join IRYD. You must upload your original driver's license and date of birth in the app to confirm your age.
Go to the mobile app. Login and key in details like pick and delivery date and time, pickup and drop location, payment details, etc. Our app will take care of the rest!
You can book the ride not before 30 mins from the start time.
Please dial IRYD's helpful 24x7 call center - 080-39515395 - and we will work with you to ensure your schedule is accommodated provided that a vehicle is available at that time. Your credit or debit card will then be charged the new amount, just like with the initial transaction. If your reservation has already started, you can use IRYD's mobile to modify the reservation.
Reservations can be cancelled on the IRYD app. Once you have booked a ride, you can cancel it on clicking on "X" button at top right corner.
a) There are no charges if you cancel more than 5 mins before booking start time in case of site pickup or before the bike is on delivery in case of doorstep delivery.

b) If cancelled after the above timelines, Cancellation charge of Rs.60 will be debited from your wallet. In case of daily package, minimum cancellation charge will be a day's charge. In case of weekly package, no refund will be made if the booking is cancelled.
a) Standard hourly charges will be applicable per hour of delay.
b) Penalty of Rs.20 will be charged per hour of delay.
IRYD accepts payments by credit cards, debit cards and netbanking. All payments are made in advance through our mobile app. Sorry, we do not accept cash.
Sorry, you will not have access to the fuel tank. In case the petrol reaches nil level, please contact us by calling 080-39515395 so that we can immediately provide you with a replacement.

In case of daily or weekly package, vehicle will be given with full tank of fuel and it has to be returned back with full tank of fuel.
Each transaction with IRYD will appear marked as from "IRYD Automatrix Pvt. Ltd."
No. If your payment does not succeed for whatever reason, IRYD's reservation system will not confirm your booking. In order to complete the booking process, payment has to be done upfront.
Only IRYD members are allowed to ride IRYD vehicles. If you allow another member to ride during your reservation, you are still responsible for the vehicle. In the event a non-member drives the vehicle, IRYD's insurance coverage would be invalidated.
Immediately notify IRYD by calling 080-39515395 and we will guide you through the entire process. We will coordinate everything with the police, insurance, and road-side assistance. Don't leave the scene of the accident until proper support has arrived. You may be required to sign several formality documents associated with the accident.

Each vehicle also has a 24x7 road-side support hotline number. IRYD will coordinate everything with this road-side assistance provider. Don't leave the scene of the breakdown until proper support has arrived.
In case of hourly package, iRYD always pays for the fuel. IRYD refuels the vehicles regularly. In case the petrol reaches nil level, please contact us by calling 080-39515395 so that we can immediately provide you with a replacement.
In case of daily or weekly package, fuel cost will have to be borne by the customer
Each reservation comes with 10 km/hr with a maximum daily riding limit of 180 km/day (24 hour period). For example, a 3 hour reservation would come with 30 kms in riding at no additional charge. There is a per-km charge for each km beyond that point. Please see IRYD tariffs for more details.

In case of daily or weekly package, the daily limit is 72kms per day. Beyond the limit, Rs.2/km will be charged.
Members must pay for parking outside of the IRYD vehicle's home location.
Yes. Members must pay for any fines incurred during the reservation.
No. We being customer centric will not burden you with any kind of deposit requirement.
You will be able to make all IRYD payments only through Mobikwik wallet.
